If you have specified a delivery date, we will take into account problems during delivery (traffic, weather, etc.), and in order to ensure delivery on the specified date, our system will allow 7 to 10 days from the date of your order.

At JOIX Corporation, only products that are marked as "exchangeable" on the product details screen or purchase confirmation screen can be exchanged or returned for reasons such as "the size does not fit" or "it is different from the image".
